Koval Single Barrel Bourbon 47% 50clKoval Whiskeys are organically produced in Chicago, Illinois. Their Bourbon Whiskey is produced from a mash bill containing 51% corn, but instead of rye making up the 49% they use Millet which is one of the main cereals from Asia and Africa. These are then aged in new charred American oak barrels where they marry together to produce a bourbon which has sweetness back by spicy notes, tobacco and cloves.
