We salvaged these remarkable pieces from an old handmade spread that we sourced from France. The maker used different silk combinations in each one. The variety of silks that have been incorporated suggest that these were perhaps scraps left after clothing was made. These rare and exquisite pieces are antique and showing their age, but still beautiful and strong
